Loss Run Request Letter Generator

Our free letter generator tool collects the following data when you submit a request:

  • Captured server-side: Carrier name, lines of business, agency name, agency email, output action (copy/PDF/Word), referral source, and timestamp. This data is stored in Airtable and used for product improvement and market research.
  • Not transmitted: Insured names and policy numbers are generated client-side in your browser and are never sent to our servers.
  • Email address: If you provide your email through the tool, it is stored for product communication. You may unsubscribe at any time.
  • Local storage: Agency contact details are saved in your browser's local storage for convenience. This data never leaves your device.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data collected through the tool is used exclusively for product communication and market research.
